Refund policy

At Bhawani Corner Glassware Pvt. Ltd., we take great care to ensure that all our products are checked and packed securely before dispatch. As our products fall under the fragile and delicate category, we maintain strict policies regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds to ensure clarity and fairness for both parties.

 

1. Returns

  • Returns will be accepted only in cases of product damage or breakage during transit.
  • To be eligible for a return, the customer must provide a complete unboxing video clearly showing the damaged product from the moment the parcel is opened.
  • The unboxing video must be uninterrupted, with no cuts or edits, and must clearly display the outer packaging, shipping label, and the damaged item.
  • Without the unboxing video as proof, no return or claim will be accepted, as our products are fragile and shipped without logistics insurance.
  • Once verified and approved by our team, the customer will be informed of the return procedure.


2. Exchange Policy

  • We maintain a strict No Exchange Policy.
  • Exchanges are not permitted under any circumstances, including cases of dislike, change of preference, size variation, or minor color differences due to lighting or screen display variations.


3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only if:
    • The payment has been successfully made and received by Bhawani Corner Glassware Pvt. Ltd. and
    • The ordered item(s) are out of stock or unavailable for dispatch.
  • In such cases, the refund will be initiated within 3–4 business working days from the date of confirmation.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment used during checkout.
  • No refunds will be made against claims of damage or dissatisfaction without proper proof as mentioned under the Return Policy.

 


4. Shipping & Handling

  • Customers are requested to inspect packages carefully upon delivery.
  • Bhawani Corner Glassware Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held responsible for damages reported without following the prescribed unboxing video procedure.
  • All logistics and transit risks are understood to be accepted by the buyer once the order has been dispatched.
